Bergamot - smells like 'sunshine in a bottle'; its fresh, sweet and fruity scent recalls a lollipop melting in the mouth under a hot summer sun. It clears the mind and encourages a sense of wellbeing.

Lemon- a zesty burst of positivity used in our blends to create the feeling of warmth. Lemon scent is both energising and refreshing to the mind.

Orange - the sweetness of oranges tends to be so cheerful that it actually promotes rest and feelings of happiness. You feel good, therefore you relax. Here’s the science….it contains a chemical called ‘limonene’ which has been shown to reduce stress and tension when breathed in and also increases serotonin levels (a feel good hormone!)

Ylang- Yang - heady, sweet and floral scent is often recommended to calm the mind, calm the mood and calm the anxiety. So its pretty calming!

HOW TO USE:

Along with venting to your family/friends, curling under your duvet, pick-up this little rollerball of happiness, and apply to neck and wrists…. and just take a minute to breathe in the smell….you will be fine! Reapply as often as required for that little extra bit of reassurance.
